Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNCape uses data when providing network acceleration subscriptions, maintaining the user panel and handling support requests. Account and order data are used to provide the service and are separate from content accessed through international routes. When using a third-party payment page, please also review that provider's privacy policy.
Account and service data
No email address is required: you can get started with a username and password. Registration does not require an email address, and it is not mandatory account information. VPNCape processes usernames, password credentials used to verify logins, subscription status and essential account settings to identify accounts, verify access and provide the service.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status and related transaction identifiers. They are used to confirm entitlements, reconcile accounts and process refunds. Traffic usage and reset status are used for billing and to display remaining allowances; they do not include browsing content. Information and attachments submitted with a support ticket are used to handle the request. Please do not upload passwords, complete subscription links or other access credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNCape follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing history, accessed content or lists of destination addresses that could be used to reconstruct individual browsing activity. Account billing usage is not used to build website visit profiles, nor is it combined with site analytics to create browsing profiles.
Temporary connection states needed to operate a route are used only for the current data transfer and connection maintenance. They are not retained as connection history after the connection ends. VPNCape does not retain connection logs that can be traced to individual browsing activity. This policy does not prevent destination websites or user devices from recording activity; external services continue to handle data under their own rules.
Site analytics and local storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, button interactions and page errors so we can improve content and troubleshoot functionality. Analytics are separate from route data transfer and are not used to analyze external websites users visit through the subscription service.
Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain login sessions, save language selections and retain essential interface settings. Login credentials are sensitive information; do not keep a session on a shared device. You can clear related data by logging out and changing your browser settings. You may need to log in again or reset your preferences afterward. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account or order records.
Payments and necessary data sharing
This site supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties. VPNCape receives the transaction results and verification information needed to complete an order, and does not ask users to provide their payment account passwords. The third parties' own policies govern their collection and retention of payment information.
Data is shared only as needed to provide the service, process transactions, respond to user requests or meet applicable legal obligations. VPNCape does not sell account data. When handling support tickets or verifying refunds, we use only information relevant to the matter and do not request data unrelated to its purpose.
Data retention and deletion requests
Account data is retained while account services are provided. Order and support records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile accounts, process refunds, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Site analytics are retained only as needed for their analytical purpose, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single retention period without a confirmed basis.
To access, correct or delete your data, log in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. We must verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion may prevent continued login, subscription recovery or support verification. Records that must be retained by law will have their use restricted and be removed once the reason for retention no longer applies.
Policy updates and privacy requests
VPNCape will update this page when data handling practices or applicable requirements change, and revise the updated month at the top of the page. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where consent is legally required, it will be obtained separately.
